Chief Engineer

Your new role Lead the team mainly software hardware and mechanical for product RD; Drive new product innovation and engineering fulfillment; Responsible for project development timingbudget planning control; Responsible for design to cost VAVE management; Responsible for design package release for ABCD sample; Main contact window for communication of technical issue with customer; Ensure the report of project development status escalation of risks to line manager on time. Responsible for regular meeting with related team members for project status review; To be the window to the other function teams beside RD team; What youll need to succeed Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines 10 years or above related work experience in manufacturing industry Ability to define and contribute to strategy.
