R&D Director

Job responsibilities:                                          

1. Familiar with the HVAC R&D market, responsible for the technical direction, technical planning and operational implementation of the company.       

2. Responsible for project management of the product development process from product planning, project initiation to final realization and market launch.  

3. Improvement of old products, cost optimization, product improvement, upgrading and micro-innovation, so that the products remain competitive in the market.

4. Responsible for daily overall project technical solutions, project evaluation, follow-up, and quality assessment upon project completion.

5. Responsible for optimizing the construction of the R&D team (management, training, performance evaluation and motivation) and improving the technical level and working ability of the R&D team.

6. Responsible for the communication and coordination with other departments, meeting and coordinating the technical requirements for product updates proposed by all relevant departments of the company, etc.          

Job requirements:

1:Education background in Machine design, mechatronics, HVAC;                                                                                                                                                              2: Good English communication skills;

3:More than 7-8 years experience in R&D management, international companies is preferable. 

4:Familiar with labor assembling industry.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
5:Leadership, professional attitude and good teamwork capacity ,Patience and self-confidence.                                 
6:Ability to operate with method.                                                                                                                                              
7:Able to work under pressure and target oriented.
