Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage all sales activities within his territory / market to meet the forecast set with the company
负责区域内工业,泵类电机销售工作,达成销售目标
2. Identify new business and product opportunities in the customers and develop new customers
在客户中识别新的业务产品机会并开发新客户
3. Establish the sales plan to penetrate and increase share in customers
制定销售计划,提高客户份额
4. Maintain close relationship with the customers
与客户保持良好关系
5. Coordinate with factories to set up supply plan and follow up on prompt delivery to customers
与工厂协调建立供应计划并跟踪交货及时性
6. Assist in expediting payment from customers
协助加快客户付款
7. Collect data on markets and industries relevant to our business
收集相关市场行业数据
Requirements:
1. Education & qualification
University degree holder in electrical and / or mechanical engineering   
电气/或机械工程学士学位
2. Experience  
Minimum 8 years in sales role in a MNC    
至少8年跨国公司销售工作经验  
*Motor selling experience and knowledge preferred;
电机销售经验和知识优先
*Experiences of selling products to Industrial OEM account preferred;   
有工业OEM客户销售产品的经验者优先
3. Special skills, language or personality
Capable to make analysis with MS Excel and simple database programs, 
能够用微软电子表格和简单的数据库程序进行分析
Capable to present to management with PPT.
