Job Responsibilities:
•Continuous optimization and further development of work processes as well as workplace design according to Lean criteria under improvement of the capacitive utilization, taking into account savings, flexibility and cost aspects
•Sustainable action to achieve all short-, medium- and long-term corporate goals
•Clear implementation, monitoring and communication of appropriate value-added priorities
•Implement key performance indicators to measure the achievement of the company's goals
•Financial management and monitoring of the balance sheets, liquidity, current business and cost development with the corresponding indicators and analytical tools
•Management of the subordinate work areas according to the organizational chart according to the management principles and guidelines
•Plan activities and measures for employee motivation and employee retention as well as targeted employee development in cooperation with the Human Resources International department
•Care, development and monitoring of cooperation partners
•Preparation and processing of orders for own tools
•Technical agreement with calculation and construction
•Creation and monitoring of work schedules for orders in close collaboration with other departments and headquarters
•Monitoring and coordination of order processing in cooperation with the department heads

Job requirements:
•Several years of professional experience as a production or plant manager, ideally in a company in the metal industry
•Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
•Proven leadership experience and high social skills
•Affinity with numbers and good understanding of economic relationships
•Solid knowledge in CIP and lean management methods desirable
•Good knowledge of MS Office
•Assertiveness, empathy and teamwork
•Responsible, goal-oriented and independent way of working
