Recruitment of Electrical Engineer for a new material state-owned enterprise

Work content and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the inspection and patrol of electrical equipment, and timely and properly handle the electrical faults on the production line to ensure that production is not affected.
2. Regularly inspect various electrical operation indicators of the production line to find abnormalities in time. Inspect and master the production line, do preventive maintenance work, and minimize the failure rate.
3. Grasp the on-site electrical configuration, timely understand the needs of electrical spare parts, and propose a procurement plan.
4. Adjust and optimize the parameters, settings and procedures of the production line in accordance with production and process requirements.
According to the needs of production, the design, installation, commissioning and operation of soft (hard) parts are carried out for the parts of the electrical system that need to be improved.
5. Focus on the prevention of high-frequency faults on the production line, do in-depth cause analysis, and seek a thorough solution.
6. Organize the on-site equipment maintenance and repair work.
7. Participate in equipment research, development and model selection involved in the company's new product and process development.
8. Participate in the formulation of equipment maintenance system, responsible for the establishment of operation and maintenance regulations (electrical part) of public supporting equipment.
9. Assist in the knowledge and skill training and assessment of production equipment operation and maintenance personnel.
10. Collect equipment technology information and equipment innovation development trends of the company's product-related industries, and provide advice and information support for major decisions.
11. Participate in the formulation of the company's annual maintenance plan and department work plan.
12. Carry out all-round support and follow-up on the electrical installation and commissioning of new equipment, and communicate with manufacturers in a timely manner to ensure that the equipment electrical system fully meets production requirements.
13. Promote and supervise the safety of electricity used in production to ensure safe production.
14. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Claim:
1. Familiar with Siemens SIMATIC STEP7, TIA Portal, and starter software, and possess certain program analysis capabilities. Have the concept of industrial field bus, familiar with the principle and configuration of PLC, analysis method and general programming. Understand the parameter configuration, fault analysis and processing methods of common inverters, such as Siemens S120 and G120. Familiar with common relay control circuits, understand common solenoid valve principles and pipeline structure, and have basic mechanical knowledge.
2. Experience in electrical maintenance of equipment in the diaphragm industry is preferred, followed by electrical work in equipment in the thin film industry such as BOPP, BOPET, and CPP. Experience in electrical maintenance of equipment for complete sets of large-scale production lines, even skilled ones. College degree or above in electrical and similar majors, more than 5 years of work experience in this major, strong hands-on ability.
3. Have a certain English foundation, can read English drawings and materials without barriers.
4. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and a serious and responsible working attitude, and be able to withstand certain pressures.
